Southport-Based Fletchers Solicitors Names Ten New Partners

Southport-based Fletchers Solicitors has appointed ten new partners across its clinical negligence, serious injury and learning and development teams, expanding the firm’s senior leadership as it continues to grow nationally.

Fletchers Solicitors partners

The promotions take Fletchers’ partnership to 48 partners, alongside 19 directors. All ten of the newly appointed partners are women, adding to female representation within the firm’s leadership structure.

Who Has Been Promoted?

The new partners are Georgina Tither, Leanne Devine, Lindsey Henderson, Sharon Banga, Lorna Bailey, Mary Lomas, Natalie Mousavi, Nicola Ryan-Donnelly, Sarah Ouko and Victoria Martin. They are based across Fletchers offices including Southport, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham and Leeds.

For the Liverpool City Region, the Southport connection makes the appointments locally relevant as well as part of a wider national expansion. Fletchers was founded in Southport and has grown into a major consumer law business while retaining a significant presence in the area.

Leadership Growth

The appointments span several specialist areas rather than representing a single departmental restructure. That matters because the move is primarily about internal leadership development and capacity as the firm expands, rather than a relocation or a new Liverpool office announcement.

The original version of this report made broader claims about local technology ecosystems and regional grant activity that were not necessary to explain the appointments. Those claims have been removed so the article stays focused on what has actually been announced.
